The data will not be disclosed or communicated outside the structures of Black Digital S.r.l., except in cases expressly authorized by the data subject or as required by law and necessary for the fulfillment of the service.
The processing does not involve the activation of an automated decision-making process, including profiling.
5. SECURITY MEASURES
The Data Controller will adopt all necessary security measures to minimize the risks of destruction or loss, including accidental loss, of the data, unauthorized access, or processing not allowed or not in accordance with the purposes indicated in this document, in full compliance with Art. 32 of the GDPR. Authorized personnel carry out the processing of the personal data in question only after authentication with unique credentials that meet the requirements of robustness and inviolability. Specific measures are adopted to protect the computer tools used by the personnel.
6. SCOPE OF COMMUNICATION AND RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA
The processing will be carried out exclusively by subjects duly authorized in writing by the Controller, in compliance with the provisions of the applicable regulations. Personal data are also processed by the personnel (administrative, technical, and auxiliary) of the Controller, who act on the basis of assigned tasks and specific instructions provided regarding the purposes and methods of the processing, as well as the applicable legal provisions.
To achieve the above purposes, it may be necessary for the Controller to communicate your data to:
- third parties that perform support activities of any kind for the provision of services by the Controller, in relation to which they carry out processing operations of Personal Data, are designated Data Processors and are bound to respect measures for the security and confidentiality of the processing;
- Authorities (e.g., judicial, administrative), where the conditions exist.

7. RETENTION PERIOD OF PERSONAL DATA
Navigation data will be kept for the period strictly necessary and in accordance with the current legal provisions.
In the event of a data breach, log file data will be retained for at least 72 hours from the time of knowledge.
When the processing is based on the customer’s consent, the Controller may retain the Personal Data longer until such consent is revoked.
Furthermore, it is specified that the Controller may be obliged to retain the Personal Data for a longer period in compliance with a legal obligation or upon order of an Authority.
At the end of the retention period, the Personal Data will be deleted. Therefore, upon expiration of this period, the data subject’s rights (right of access, deletion, rectification, etc.) cannot be exercised anymore.
